Any documentation we provide you in the course of business may be superseded by these terms and conditions, unless agreed by us in writing.
Orders can be placed by telephone for any listed currency. However, we reserve the right to require customers to visit an EU Xchange branch to leave a deposit for the order, if:
Any order for EUR or USD must be collected before 6pm on the day the order is placed. If the order is uncollected by 6pm on the day the order is placed, the order will automatically be regarded as cancelled.
Any telephone currency order placed before 1pm will be ready for collection from 2pm on the following business day.
Orders for which a deposit has been left will be retained in one of our branches for a maximum of 4 weeks. If the order is uncollected after this period of time, EU Xchange reserves the right to retain the deposit to contribute to losses incurred on the subsequent sale of the uncollected currency.
Any order cannot be cancelled or changed once the order has begun processing. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us as soon as possible if they wish to cancel their order.
EU Xchange acts solely as an agent for Western Union; any transactions carried out via the Western Union payment network will comply with their Terms and Conditions, which are available at the following URL: http://www.westernunion.co.uk/gb/terms-conditions
Our price guarantee applies to currencies purchased from our branches, on the day of purchase, and within a 2 mile radius of the branch in which the exchange was made.
The rates from a competing money exchange service must be published on the internet. Alternatively, the customer must be in possession of a written quotation or receipt from the supplier which can be verified with the supplier by telephone.
We will endeavour to beat or match the competing quotation, but in any case where the above conditions are not fulfilled or not able to be fulfilled we reserve the right to refuse the transaction and will not accept liability for any losses incurred.

EU Xchange's provides a money exchange service and international currency transfers, including the purchase of foreign exchange. Any decision to undertake a currency exchange must be made by solely by the customer using their own judgement as to the suitability of the request.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all personal information provided to us in the course of the business we conduct is accurate, up-to-date and not false or misleading in any way. No relevant information may be withheld or omitted that may affect the outcome of the business you conduct with EU Xchange.
We reserve the right to request further information, and to decline to enter into business with you if we are unable to verify your identity or any other information that we may choose to investigate further.
In the event that an error has been made with a payment or an unauthorised transaction has occurred, it is your responsibility to notify us immediately or as soon as is reasonably possible.
By accepting these terms and conditions you give your consent to your data being processed by us and checked against third party databases that we deem appropriate.
EU Xchange complies at all times with the requirements of the Data Protection Act (1998).
By accepting these terms and conditions and undertaking to do business with EU Xchange, you confirm that the currency you wish to sell, exchange or transfer legally belongs to you or your company and has not been obtained through any criminal activity, and that you understand that we may make further checks to comply with all relevant money laundering legislation and guidelines.

We reserve the right to record all incoming telephone calls and in accepting these terms and conditions, you accept that your correspondence may be recorded. Recordings may be used to resolve customer service issues, or used as evidence in the event of a dispute as to the terms of the contract that is entered into in the course of business.
